Freight forwarder creates a pickup or drop-off order and sends it to the trucking company.

A trucking company schedules a pickup allowing the cargo facility to manage slots and prepare the cargo beforehand.

Driver checks in at the facility kiosk and enters MAWB information.

Front counter and warehouse agents use the wandererpass system to manage MAWB information and process the order.

Warehouse agent locates the cargo and it's loaded onto the truck. Driver is now set and ready to go.
